Shooting is becoming a lost Art of the game of Basketball. Over 300 players across the Southeastern Pa have attended our clinics. We have helped players improve techniques, confidence and shooting fundamentals who have played at all levels with major impacts. Our campers take pride in putting in the effort and repetitions understanding that it will transfer into their league games (schools, AAU, tournaments).
“Self Confidence comes from repetition and knowing you deserve success because of your hard work”
The three most effective keys to an effective workout program: Purpose, Intensity and Progression. You must have all three to maximize results.
